Service Description

Ruth offers a fusion of flowing vinnie yoga , stable Iyengar based strengthening poses and Kundalini breath work. Throughout Ruth's 15 years teaching she has remained a student at successful yoga studios and workshops in Seattle, India, and here in Hawaii.
